I have a nice replica 737 Yoke head, but not the time to build the mechanism for it at the present time… so I quickly designed up a *temporary* stand for my Saitek yoke.  It’s all cut from 18mm MDF and slots together, with glue and screws to make it solid.  The yoke is not at the correct height or angle for the 737, but is close enough and allows an unrestricted view of the displays.

I’ve cut all the parts out and test fitted it in the sim.  It’s not pretty, but functional.  Next step, time permitting, is to clean up all the parts, assemble and paint it and finally install it in the sim.  I plan on adding a checklist clipboard to the yoke to disguise it a little, and then one day replace the whole thing with a more realistic yoke/control column.
