Tonight after a little work on the 737 I spent some time drawing up how it will actually fit into the space I have available in the loft… and the conclusion: It’s going to be very tight!
The TV screen basically defines where the sim can go because of it’s size, and the height it needs to be for the correct eye-point, that then means that the overhead is going to be very tight against the ceiling at the rear… and I may have to modify my ceiling panel to make it all work!
Next job is to mockup a few of the components and see if they will fit as I planned, or go with Plan-B which is fitting the 737 into the garage space instead…
Also: My MCP is on it’s way from the States!
