The correct encoders arrived from Aliexpress, so the AFCS is now all assembled and wired. After a bit of messing around, the programming through Mobiflight is working, and has been tested on my laptop.
Final tasks are to make the dummy AIL TRIM switch, a window to protect the digits and a mount for the Arduino.
