I recently discovered a de Havilland “Dove” (or “Devon” in RNZAF service) AI model by Dee Waldron and Tom Gibson. This was a part of the Cal Classic Propliners AI collection.
The Devon was the only missing component for my Wigram project. Despite the fact that the Devons left active service in 1980 the museum’s Devon, NZ1803, routinely parked on the flightline. My AI depiction is as I remember 1803 when I was at Wigram in the late 80’s and now completes the ’91 era flightline.
If I get around to it I may mod the CT4 into an Airtourer, which would *really* complete Wigram… but as they left service in ’93 I may skip them…
